Mail Order Form Process

If you would like to pay by check or money order, please provide us with the items you would like to purchase along with your shipping address in order for us to calculate your total cost.  You can then mail a check to our fulfillment office and once it has cleared, we will process and ship your order.  You will receive an email confirmation of the order once it has been placed and another with the tracking information once it has shipped.
