Request Return:

If you are not satisfied with your Judicial Watch purchase we would be happy to exchange or refund the purchase amount for the product, LESS the cost of shipping.  There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items within 14 days of purchase. 
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
  • Your Credit Card will be Refunded, Less the cost of shipping.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to refund any additional donation you made at time of purchase
Exchanges for another item at equal cost: If you wish to exchange the item purchased for another item of equal cost, please begin the RMA process or contact us via email to request the RMA. Once the item has been received, we will begin the exchange process for the replacement item. Exchanges for another item at greater cost: If you wish to exchange the item purchased for another item of greater cost, please begin the RMA process or contact us via email to request the RMA.   1. Go to "My Account" (https://shopjw.org/my-account/)
    1. Note: Must login to access your account. You may use the "password reset" link to update your password if you have forgotten it.
  2. Click "Orders"
  3. On your order list any product eligiblefor a return will show up on the right side.
  4. Select "Request Return"
  5. Select the item that you would like to return
  6. Select "Request Return"
  7. Complete web form and click "Submit"
  8. Write down RMA Number
  9. Print Return Label (Click Here to Download Return Label)
  10. Fill Out Return Label and Affix to Return Package
  11. Mail Package to Destination on Return Label
  12. Monitor the status of your return from the "My Orders" page in your account.
